Architecture is being able to view both at the big picture level and the pixel level to identify and drive the right decision.Vision - understand the business need, industry landscape and technology trends to lay down a solid and flexible vision to drive towards. Flexible is the key. Vision is often narrowed to the point of inflexible and disruptive technologies are just that: disruptive to the vision. A vision that can thrive is rooted in concepts and flexible in technology.Execution - put on the Project Manager / Resource Manager / Team Leader hat and drive a program / project / team from start to finish.
