My professional experience is rooted in communications and how it affects a business'​ ability to connect with and inspire customers. As an early stage hire at Bluebeam, I had the privilege of co-creating the original sales strategy coined the, “concierge approach”. Designed after the best brands in hospitality it focused our approach to anticipate customer’s needs, maximizing brand loyalty. Building upon that success, I’ve leveraged my ability to listen and translate customer needs into strategic insights to drive business decision. Ultimately creating a uniquely human centered view of the people, process and technology at the heart of innovation within construction.
