As the Chief Product Officer at Litera, Meredith is accountable for guiding the strategic vision and direction of Litera’s portfolio, driving the company’s long-term sector-leading product strategy, product design, and product delivery. As a member of Litera’s executive leadership team, Meredith leads Product Management and Product Design functions contributing to Litera’s hypergrowth. She’s a transformative leader who motivates a culture of accountability and innovation to deliver outcome-focused solutions. She brings twenty years of extensive leadership in business development, product management, product marketing, and operational excellence processes and technologies. Meredith specializes in product rationalization for scaling businesses and has proven experience building world-class products, services, and marketplaces for global business, generating nearly $1Bn in company revenue. Previously, she spent more than nineteen years at Blackbaud in several commercial, customer success, and product leadership roles. She recently served as the Vice President of Product Management, developing global teams for Blackbaud. At Blackbaud, Johnson successfully led major platform evolutions and M&A product integrations while accelerating the rate of innovation and customer value. Meredith has focused her passion for technology and her expertise in business development, strategic leadership, product development, and operational excellence into career dedicated to leading excellence in the tech sector and giving back in her local community. She’s a public speaker on topics including Leading Product Management Through Business Model Transformation, Fueling Innovation Through Portfolio Transformation, and End of Support Product Lifecycle Frameworks. She volunteers at and supports a variety of social good organizations including educational and children-focused organizations, cancer research organizations, and the College of Charleston. Meredith’s commitment to service and leadership includes serving as an Executive Board Member to Charleston Promise Neighborhood (nonprofit), a founding Board Member to TSIA's Product Management Advisory Board (industry association), a founding Chair member of Blackbaud’s Global Diversity Council, a past President of Montessori Community School PTO, a past Chair of a Charleston County School Improvement Committee, consulting local start-up businesses, and mentoring women who desire to expand their careers in Technology. Meredith lives in Charleston, SC with her husband of 17+ years and two amazing daughters.
