As a progressive C-suite executive with a background in finance and technology leadership roles at Fortune 500s, I orchestrate the vision with multifaceted strategies to promote long-term growth and profitability. With 20+ years of experience including many years working on or engaging with the Board of Directors, I bring a fresh perspective, always challenging the status quo to optimize operations. Currently, as CFO and as prior Interim CEO of Blackbaud, Inc., I build consensus among executives and the Board to implement the overall business strategy and nurture a continuous improvement environment. From financial reporting & planning, treasury and internal audit to IT and enterprise risk management, my scope of oversight extends to nearly all areas of operations. Notably, I instigated organizational, technology and process changes to overhaul finance, IT, real estate and legal functions along with spearheading a major strategy shift to an SaaS model, leading to a market cap increase from $2B to $5B over a 3-year period. I also supported 8 major acquisitions. Before this, as CFO at Brightpoint Inc., I created a top-performing global finance team, implemented an enterprise risk management methodology and enabled the acquisition of our largest competitor. Earlier in my career, I delivered similar results while serving in business management and accounting roles, gaining exposure to an array of industries such as publishing, consulting and supply chain management.
