Driven leader with entrepreneurial mindset. +20 years of documented business and leadership experience in leading positions from the international arena. Specialities: Strategic and business development, digital transformation, customer centric innovation & packaging/repackaging of offerings, purpose & brand building that drive business growth, data-driven sales- and marketing, customer experience, change management. Ex-CEO of Nordic Morning Group. Started a digital transformation journey in January 2017 with the aim to increase the value of the company and after a couple of years attract a new owner for parts or the whole group. Developed a customer-centric strategy going from a holding company with 12 separate companies to a group with 3 business areas and clear customer offerings using new tech platforms within MarTech, EdTech, AI and SaaS solutions. The 3 business areas and offerings are: Nordic Morning focusing on data-driven marketing and service design, Edita Prima developing automated processes for communication services and Edita Publishing providing Smart Learning & Legal. The Group mainly serves clients in the Nordics and northern Europe. The business area Nordic Morning including Mods Graphic Studios divested to H&H Group January 31, 2022. Previously Chief Marketing Officer at Bisnode. Mission to drive commercial and digital transformation to position Bisnode as pioneering Smart Data. To enable Bisnode to become and act as one company across 18 markets, a customer-centric offering structure was created and new ways of working developed to ensure data-driven digital business across all channels. Have worked with international brands like, H&M, IKEA, Adidas and Telenor together with Scandinavian och Swedish brands like Nordiska Kompaniet, Com Hem, KappAhl and Skellefteå Kraft. Has also branded Stockholm as "The Capital of Scandinavia".
