Since 1995 when I started my career in Real Estate, I have worn many hats. My current hat is Director of Training, which services 54 offices, 1,100 plus agents and 238 support staff. My job is to deliver training assets to fulfill the companies Mission statement of having the, “Most Fulfilled & Profitable Agents in the Industry”. I am able to do all these things by applying a very simple concept of being Intentional everyday in every way. I do this by sharing in an organized way what I have learned from all the many Hats I have worn throughout my career. Something I learned when I earned the "Rookie of the Year", at the largest Regional Brokerage at the time, to the knowledge and leadership I learned while owning a Real Estate Franchise and growing it to 3 offices, where I received "Manager of the Year" to own Real Estate activity of flipping homes, owning rentals and land contracts, to representing developers of all shapes and sizes, to starting a Team, merging a team and growing it to the Top Producing team in the Association to converting that team to a Independent brokerage that later was acquired by my current brokerage. Whether it is performing the many hats listed above or being a spouse, father, business partner, or just a good neighbor. My greatest Joy comes from seeing others accomplish their goals and knowing I played a part in their success.
