I am a senior IT executive who facilitated growth of a leading retailer from $3B to $75B. I have a strong reputation for strategic leadership, creative problem solving and setting the technology agenda to support business best. Having built and led high performing teams across the globe, I have a proven track record of innovation and operational excellence. My forte is blazing new ground. I had many successful firsts in my company’s journey from 200 to ~ 2000 stores. As a member of numerous leadership teams, I helped revolutionize the business models in supply chain, e-commerce, technology mobility, and resource utilization through offshore leverage. I repeatedly led “must-execute” programs that were high risk and high reward. In my most recent role, I led a global team of 1700 that saved $65M in the IT expense budget. I believe in the importance of personal connections; people trust me. I ensure ideas and approaches are embraced at all levels of leadership. Always calm in a crisis, I systemically work through issues. I spend time ensuring my teams know their role in the big picture, and how what they do contributes to the overall results of the organization.
