Brad Caco is Managing Director, Development at BentallGreenOak responsible for development activities in Eastern Canada. In his role, Brad works closely with the acquisitions and investment management team to support the company's acquisition initiatives. He also serves on BentallGreenOak's Canadian Management Committee. Brad has over 26 years of real estate development experience. Prior to joining BentallGreenOak in 2016, Brad was the Senior Vice President Development & Design at Trinity Development Group serving the major markets of Toronto (GTA), Ottawa and Calgary. During his fourteen years at Trinity he was directly involved in development of retail, residential and mixed-use developments totaling over 25 million square feet. With a commitment to lifelong learning Brad has studied at the Urban Land Institute and Ryerson University since graduating from Sheridan College in Architectural Technology. A past member of the International Council of Shopping Centres, Brad is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Toronto Chapter.
