Hard working, dedicated, engineer who has successfully led research and development engineering groups with mechanical, aerospace, and electrical engineering background in projects ranging from propeller mechanics, computational fluid dynamics, experimental aerodynamics, alternative energy capture and storage, and boundary layer lift augmentation techniques. Recently served as design engineer to fluid control products for use in space applications, as well as metal sealing solutions for the nuclear, oil & gas and aerospace/industrial gas turbine industry. Past experience includes flight test engineering, aircraft and aircraft component/system certification, and solid modeling and FEA analysis. Served as research assistant on several multi-disciplinary engineering projects while completing graduate school degrees. Have a high level of background experience with machine shop tooling (mill, lathe, MiG, and TiG welding) and design programs as well as fluid analysis and mechanical failure analysis software packages. These experiences have provided an opportunity to learn and perfect program coordination, team leadership and a strong knowledge base in computer aided design to product development procedures.
