With more than two decades of experience in the corporate travel industry, I use my broad global experience to align technology with business drivers, leading change in competitive environments and driving innovation.I lead our company-wide product planning, development, and technology organizations, guiding product and IT strategies, supporting operations strategies, and delivering the technology, integrations and infrastructure required to bring those strategies to life. That means bringing efficiency and innovation to our operations, enabling spend optimization for our customers and provisioning empowering solutions to their travelers.My previous experience includes technology leadership roles with American Express and Carlson Wagonlit Travel, so I have a firm understanding of the industry and what our customers need. Family travel adventures and being the dad (aka 'biggest fan') of a club softball player are my current spare time passions.
