I’m Jorge Cruz, a senior executive with over 32 years of experience in the travel industry and proven success in establishing strong client relationships, driving sales growth and operational efficiencies, and providing overall leadership of travel and expense procurement programs globally. As one of the company’s SVP’s, I’ve been doing just that for just under two decades. Along the way, I’ve served as a change agent helping to transform the business from a historically dependent B2B business model into an extremely robust B2B Model with a B2C mindset. By leveraging the latest advances in technology, BCD has positioned itself as a leader in driving innovation within the industry.
