Proven executive leader with a track record of successfully building high-performing teams and leading change. I currently serve as senior vice president and chief human resources officer for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, providing counsel to company leadership to enable success through attracting, developing and retaining talent. I bring a communications perspective to the role, after previously serving BlueCross as senior vice president and chief communications officer and vice president of corporate communications. I joined BlueCross in 2007 as director of corporate communications, after more than 20 years of communications agency experience, including 11 years as a founding partner in Katcher Vaughn & Bailey Public Relations. I'm an active member of the Chattanooga community, having served on the boards of numerous civic and non-profit organizations.
