I bring 10 years of human resources and recruiting experience to my role of sr. research associate at Acertitude, a top-tier search firm and talent solutions consultancy founded on a client-inspired delivery model that creates real and measurable long-term value for organizations, while ensuring the positive treatment of candidates. I provide crucial support on our executive search engagements. I am involved in the development of our firm’s research strategies. My project involvement typically spans crafting position specifications, unearthing vital industry information, and developing a highly qualified slate of candidates. Prior to the launch of Acertitude, I was research associate at our founder company Technology Executive Group (TEG). I began my career as a HR generalist and moved into recruiting, holding positions of increasing responsibility for organizations such as SEACOR, Citibank, and Cendant. Throughout my career, I have been focused on exceeding the expectations of my clients. I am excited to play a part in the launch of Acertitude. This new venture reimagines the role of executive search to fulfill a need to discover, engage, and retain senior executive talent with greater certainty.
