A seasoned talent leader with a proven track record in leading teams and building relationships across complex global organizations. My experience includes having accountability of teams that both directly and indirectly reported to me which has enabled the development of strong influence and communication competencies to ensure the strategy and business agenda was successfully implemented. My experience includes the build and execution of the global talent attraction strategy, executive recruitment, managing global employment branding and digital/social media presence including; Linked IN, Search Engine Optimization, Mobile, Facebook I recently played an influential role in a Human Resources led agile project which commenced to address significant gaps in understanding the global technical talent pool. This involved reviewing and identifying the critical technical skills amongst a diverse team of global stakeholders as well as building out and managing the employee and leadership messaging to ensure a high level of engagement and participation. Successfully pitched and launched a global "Remarkable People" EVP/Branding campaign that captured both the local and global perspective of the organizational culture, brand and employee experience. Leading the Talent function as part of a growing organization is my passion and where I thrive both professionally and personally and have successfully transformed tactical and reactive recruitment teams to strategic talent advisors with a true alignment to the business strategy and needs of an organization.
