This saw an high level of achievement in delivering against KPI's and defined goals.|In Jan 2010, I joined the start-up team for Masters Home Improvement; a new 'big box' home improvement chain within Australia. Masters Home Improvement is Joint Venture between Woolworths Ltd (AUS) and Lowe's Companies Inc. (US).
