Angie Messer is the former Chief Transformation Officer at Booz Allen Hamilton. She previously lead the Cyber Innovations and is the Cyber Functional champion as part of the Strategic Innovations Group. She leads teams driving next generation cyber innovations and solutions for commercial, government and international clients. Ultimately, these teams drive the next generation of cyber innovations. Previously, she led the firm’s innovations in Emerging Technologies, Mission Solutions, and Predictive Intelligence initiatives as well as the Army business within the broader defense market. A former US Army officer, Ms. Messer has also worked as an account executive for a commercial organization in Australia. She later managed two major commercial businesses and launched a startup software development company. She earned a B.S.in engineering management from West Point Military Academy and an M.S. in management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
