Developed and operated by AEG, one of the leading sports and entertainment presenters in the world, and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Anschutz Company, AXS is a new entertainment platform that serves as AEG's primary consumer brand. The first phase of AXS Ticketing was introduced in August, 2011 to provide fans a user-friendly and transparent ticketing and entertainment platform to purchase tickets directly from their favorite venues. Through this new consumer-focused interface, featuring ticketing innovations such as AXS Invite and AXS Waiting Room and available on-line and via the AXS Mobile App for iOs and Android users, AXS Ticketing has revolutionized the fan ticket-buying experience while providing enhanced web services and data management components to venues and sports franchises. Additional innovations including a video content service that is now in development will be launched in the coming months.

Nicole Green is an experienced Human Resources leader with a track record of building people processes and creating environments where employees are engaged and exceeding expectations. Nicole partners with senior leadership to ensure the people strategies will enable the delivery of strong business results. Nicole has a strong background in all facets of HR, including Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Recruiting, Compliance, Compensation, Benefits and HRIS. Nicole received her Masters in Business Administration and Bachelors from UCLA.
