I am a passionate people leader with experience in large scale programs and project management, change management and operational strategy. I proficiently manage operations spanning the entirety of the United States while overseeing large teams responsible for a vast array of services from technical (e.g. mobile devices, MFDs, AV/VC equipment etc.) to soft services (e.g. travel, mail, cafeterias etc.). I firmly believe you can never over communicate with your employee and customer bases to ensure you are always meeting the ever changing needs of workers, customers and the community at large.
