I hold a BSc degree, a Masters and Doctorate degree in Business Leadership as well as a coaching qualification from Henley Business School. I was in the medical industry for 14 years, occupying roles in the sales and market arenas. These days, my passion lies in the food and beverages industry. Currently being the CEO of a South African manufacturing company allows me to have insight into production, economics, sales, marketing, manufacturing and distribution. My practical approach to success is to build sustainable leadership by focusing on guiding leaders and their teams to personal growth and achievement of goals. I like to win and to work with winners!
