Graduate from Harvard Business School in General Management Program, Master of Diploma in Pharmaceutical Management and Bachelor of Pharmacy. Over 22 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, operations and heading business. Hospital care products, Injectables antibiotics,HIV medicines, Anesthetics, chronic segment like cardiac, diabetes, CNS and autoimmune disease has been my area of experience. During International Business experience I have launched and managed complete subsidiary of global MNCs as Country Head with total P & L responsibilities and reporting to board of directors. Being a great leader doesn’t mean that you have all the information, knowledge and solutions for everything, it’s about how best you utilize whatever little knowledge you may have received by adding your personal style and inspiring others so that desired objectives can be achieved. That’s what I have done in 20 years of experience starting like Medical visitor in India or going to country like Colombia, Brazil or remote town in Central -South America or Europe with different language, different culture and totally different business environment from each other. Being married to Colombian has helped me understand different culture and leading teams by truly being one of them by speaking same language. Years of leading businesses in various countries has made me global citizen.
