Aunt Millie's Bakeries is a food production company offering English muffins and bagels.
My main goal and focus is to continually grow our market share in Chicagoland. I have been part of the pivotal growth of the Chicago Market since Aunt Millie's Bread made a strong effort to expand its market share in Chicago 5 years ago. Chicago is a very unique and diverse market. It is extremely important to be able to adapt and recognize new customer trends. Since 2012 it has been my main objective to help educate and grow our Independent Operators sales force. With doing so, these have been my main focuses: -Setting up our Independent Operators up for Success -Continual education of our new/existing products -Always keeping an open line of communication with our Independent Operators -Updating trends in the marketplace to keep our Operators as educated as possible -Work with my team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits -Build strong relationships with new and existing customers for business growth -Analyze sales performances and recommend improvements -Improving route logistics
