Edward has 20+ years leading finance organizations for high-growth companies; ranging in size from start-ups to public companies. He has overseen FP&A, Accounting, Legal, HR, Sales, and Facilities. He has done work in the area of capital raising - debt & equity, and has successfully completed and integrated multiple transactions in M&A. His prior employers include Location Labs (acquired), GIPS (acquired), Autodesk and Micro Focus.
