Hi, I’m Alan, the Founder & CEO of RecruitWrks. I decided to create RecruitWrks as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020. In the midst of everything going on, I was laid off and found myself like many others wondering what to do. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to be in many of the roles that are involved in the hiring process. I’ve been a candidate, recruiter, hiring manager, and vendor. From these experiences I've seen the road blocks within the hiring process and how they can impact future growth.
