Recognized 4 times by Billboard Magazine as a “Power Player” in the electronic dance music industry (2016–2019), I perform dual roles for Atlantic Records as Senior Vice President of A&R and General Manager for Big Beat Records. As the SVP of A&R, I cultivate talent by scouting, signing, and connecting musicians with resources to produce international hits, RIAA-Certified Platinum & Gold songs, and Grammy-nominated recordings. Collaborating intimately with new artists each year, I invest heavily in nurturing each musician’s unique sound and developing their strategic brands to break them onto the international charts. From 2010–2016, I spearheaded the relaunch of the Big Beat imprint, collaborating with a small staff to turn new EDM artists into global marquee acts. Over the course of my career, I have A&R’ed recordings that earned 4 Grammy nominations (2010, 2015, 2016, & 2018), won a Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording (2015), broke the Top 20 at Top 40 Radio, and became international hits: Clean Bandit and Jess Glynne-Best's 'Rather Be'; Cash Cash’s 'Take Me Home'; Galantis’s 'Runaway,' 'Peanut Butter Jelly,' & 'Heartbreak Anthem'; Flux Pavilion’s 'I Can’t Stop'; Martin Solveig’s 'Hello'; and Tiesto's 'The Business.' I have a personal passion for music, producing tracks, writing songs, singing vocals, and playing the piano, tuba, flute, and bass guitar. In addition, my expertise at fostering talent, negotiating contracts, and leading staff helped me to grow Big Beat into a dance music destination with a roster of global superstars, including David Guetta, Robin Schulz, Joel Corry, The Knocks, Galantis, Skrillex, and Icona Pop.
