I started my career working for an Advertising Agency. While there, I proactively built out a business model and plan for the agency to sell digital strategies to their clients. My love for entrepreneurialism was born. When I moved to Calgary, I was quickly welcomed and hired as employee number 7 in a technology startup that had big dreams and aspirations to change the world. As a multidisciplinary team, we built companies for the non-profit, mobile, venture capital, and space industries. We saw a couple of exits, and acquired even more learnings. I took this love of solving complex problems, creating new solutions, and formulating new strategies to working as an intrapreneur in the financial services industry. I've since been growing my leadership skills, and helping ATB transform itself from the inside out to become one of the most innovative banks in the world. My ambition, energy, and strategic thinking enable the teams I lead, to deliver exceptional results and this has been proven through the creation of new growth business strategies, projects, and products that have all brought meaningful returns.
