ASYST Technologies LLC, located in Kenosha, Wisconsin, was founded as a joint venture of EJOT Holding and ATF Inc., in May of 1996. Since this time, our company has been known for engineered solutions, motion transfer assemblies, and problem solving in the automotive industry. Our dedicated employees ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in our engineering and manufacturing. Our expertise and experience has led to us to designing and producing various automobile component assemblies at our facility. ASYST Technologies is able to examine a company's requirements and develop a solution that exceeds expectations. As a manager, I have had direct reports in manufacturing, quality control and engineering operations. With each of these groups, I was able to adjust my management style to support and engage my associates through effective listening, team building activities and proper recognition. I enjoy the aspects of management that allow me to give people positive feedback, delegate responsibility based on their personal strengths, and act as a mentor and coach in their career development. As my role grew into managing lean implementation, I was able to easily adapt the organization through the change. I provided lean principles training, identified areas in the organization to focus on continuous improvement, established teams to focus on the identified areas, and led the value stream mapping process and kaizen events for the groups. I am able to adapt to change in roles and responsibilities as my numerous promotions have brought new challenges. New challenges throughout the years have allowed me to provide my expertise in eliminating waste and improving the company’s culture.
