I work with clients ranging from 25 - 2,000 employees with locations all over the United States. I specialize in high deductible health plans with HSA's and HRA's implementing fully insured and partially self funded premium alternatives. Assurance's Benefits Communication team help develop customized communication pieces around the health plan to get the message out to the employees. I also specialize in creating wellness programs along with our Wellness Specialist as a way to drive long term culture change and claims cost reduction. I use benchmarking data to compare norms as well as advise on contribution modeling alternatives.
