I find the most joy working with others to solve complicated problems, which led me to a career in one of the most complicated industries - healthcare. I love digging into problems and working across functions like strategy, product, clinical, experience design and analytics. In my current position as Head of CX Strategy, North America at Reputation, I lead a team of subject matter experts to deliver products and strategies to maximize value, drive acquisition, and improve consumer and employee experience. Prior to my current role, I led the national digital team and directed enterprise strategy for online consumer experience at Ascension, one of the nation's leading healthcare systems. In that role, I launched the organization's first national integrated digital consumer platform, managed online presence for over 2,500 locations and 10,000 providers, and drove innovation to support growth, increase access and improve experience for patients and providers. Previously, I led digital strategy for companies in pharmaceutical, nutrition, healthcare and nonprofit verticals.
