For three years in a row, Arvest Bank ranks "Highest Customer Satisfaction with Retail Banking in the Southwest Region" according to the recently released J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Retail Banking Satisfaction Study. Arvest Bank operates more than 240 bank branches in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas through a network of 16 locally managed banks, each with its own board of directors and management team. These banks serve customers in 90 communities with 12-hour weekday banking at most locations. Arvest also provides a wide range of banking services including loans, deposits, treasury management, asset and wealth management, life insurance, credit cards, mortgage loans and mortgage servicing. Arvest operates a mortgage company, asset management company, insurance division and mortgage servicing company. Arvest is an equal housing lender and member FDIC.

I began my career in finance and marketing over 21 years ago. Over that time, I learned the value of longevity, integrity, and flexibility in leading others toward accomplishing shared goals. For me, success is rooted in one's ability to listen, provide direction and exert influence, that both benefits the team and aligns with the strategic goals of our organization. Few elements of leadership bring me more joy than leading and supporting a team of professionals in overcoming obstacles to build intuitive and marketable customer experiences. A couple of my proudest professional accomplishments: Leading the launch and migration of our bank's website onto its first ever content management system as project sponsor. Leading the launch and migration to our mobile banking app as co-product owner. Other specialties include: cycling, lifting heavy things at the gym then putting them back down, road tripping, examining pools/lakes and tent camping.
