I am a corporate finance lawyer having a broad range of experience in all kinds of domestic and cross-border finance transactions. The core focus of my activities is on infrastructure, renewable energy, acquisition and on export finance. I have been working, inter alia, on a large number of German Federal PPP motorway projects, the Austrian tolling project, water projects in the Middle East and in Brazil, on-shore and off-shore wind energy, solar and a telecoms project in Africa. Current projects include motorway PPP projects and construction projects as well as property, trade finance and supply chain finance transactions. Further specific experience includes finance covered by the international export credit agencies. I am also experienced in advising in relation to and documenting Schuldscheindarlehen (structured and plain vanilla) and non-performing loans.
