19 years of diverse leadership and operational experience in the high tech industry spanning product management, technical marketing, and technical services operating roles in the data networking industry.Experienced in networking systems (hardware and software) life cycle management, product planning and introductions, major technology transitions, technology evaluations, revenue and profitability management, field and channels strategy, and press and analysis relations.Currently responsible for Arista’s software product portfolio across Enterprise, Service Provider, and Cloud Network market segments. Product offerings include Arista EOS and CloudVision software platforms. Responsibilities include customer product requirements, technology roadmap, business strategy, analyst relations, and customer satisfaction. Also responsible for a variety of Arista services including support and validation testing services.Prior, 14 years at Cisco Systems in a variety of senior product management and technical marketing roles spanning Data Center networking, Enterprise LAN switching, Service Provider engagements. Currently run Platform Product Management for the Nexus 7000, 6000, 5000, 3000, and 2000 Series platforms in Cisco’s Data Center Group, representing $3B annual run-rate for Cisco. Prior to that, a member of the inaugural Nexus 7000 Product / Technical Marketing team and played a key role in the product ramp from introduction to greater than $1.5B annual run rate. Previously, lead technical marketing engineer (TME) turned TME manager for the Catalyst 6500 during it’s prime growth years.Proven recruiting, team building, operational, and organization skills.
