Hello, I am a mechanical engineer designing industrial machinery for Ariel Corporation, a world leading producer of gas compressors. My joy in engineering comes from applying a fundamental understanding of systems and the natural world to solve problems with elegance. Creating, both from scratch and building on others work, is a fundamentally human act. I am honored that this is a major part of my profession and excited by the new doors opened by the use of simulation and comuputing throughout the design process.
