Summary: - Developed comprehensive communication and marketing plans for the acquisition of hospitals and physician groups focusing on both internal and external key stakeholders. - Developed integrated brand positioning to increase awareness and preference for multiple health systems including creating multiple, award-winning advertising campaigns. - Launched affinity programs in multiple health systems with memberships in excess of 65k and proven ROI. One program contributed $4.8M in net revenue within the first year. - Developed strategies, communication and tactics to address government relations issues including proposed Medicaid rate cuts, tax credits, provider fee and tobacco tax. - Created "Don't Bug Me," a flu prevention program that has been duplicated in 33 states and has received national awards and recognition. The program had a top of mind awareness of 76% among women. - Launched & Executive sponsor of our employee foundation post-Hurricane Michael. - Developed and executive sponsor of leadership development program - Women @ Ardent. - Executive sponsor of Ardent Health Services' Diversity & Inclusion Council. I enjoy spending time with my family and the friends I have made worldwide during my husband’s military flying career. I have three children, have been known to rescue dogs and am a news junkie! I am also a strong advocate for internships, as a college internship was my pathway to a career in health care.
