I joined Arbor in 2011 as the Database Marketing Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Database Marketing and Client Systems. I report directly to the EVP of Marketing and Compliance Operations to execute and oversee the comprehensive and integrated systems. Administrator for Salesforce.com, product manager and support CJC Technologies – Origination platform and designed, project managed and launched (ALEX) Arbor LoanExpress online loan document management application. My team services over 400 internal and external users among the different applications. I work directly with executive management within the following areas; sales, processing-underwriting, clients actively using (ALEX) and system integration for loan boarding between Arbor’s origination and servicing platforms. Designed, project managed and executed a successful launch of (ALEX) Arbor LoanExpress. This application is also available on mobile, and is the first online loan processing portal implemented among DUS lenders. The application allows for Fannie/Freddie loans to be processed digitally throughout the Arbor loan process.
