Bonnie is the Executive Vice President of Marketing for Arbor Commercial Mortgage, Arbor Realty Trust (NYSE:ABR) and its various other real estate-related related firms. Arbor Commercial Mortgage, based in Uniondale, NY is a national lender specializing in multifamily and commercial real estate. Arbor Realty Trust (NYSE:ABR) provides structured finance products to commercial real estate developers and owners. Bonnie joined Arbor in 2004 as the Vice President of Marketing and was subsequently promoted to Sr. Vice President and Executive Vice President. She works closely with the CEO, COO and executive management to execute and oversee the comprehensive and integrated national marketing strategies for the family of companies. She works directly with the national sales team to execute new business development strategies and directs the various corporate marketing initiatives such as CRM database integration, corporate and regional branding and advertising, direct mail, market research, sales lead generation, communications, event planning, trade shows and customer service initiatives. She also worked directly with the COO to launch and develop a dedicated operational compliance department to oversee major initiatives. She has achieved Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt certifications. She is a member of Arbor's Executive Committee, the Direct Marketing Association, the Social Media Association and is a graduate of Women Unlimited, an executive education program. Prior to this position, she was a spokesperson for KeySpan Corporation in which she handled proactive, reactive and crisis media relations issues in the corporate communications area of the Company. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Bethany College in Mass Communications and a Master’s Degree in Communications from New York Institute of Technology. She also holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from Dowling College.
