I have over 20 years of broad experience in the Finance and Healthcare industries - 13 specifically within the HR function. My experience includes managing teams of up to 20 FTE, process improvement related initiatives, considerable employee relations, organizational development, talent acquisition, salary planning, succession planning, leading projects (6 sigma), talent and leadership development, change management, and extensive facilitation and training experience. My chief professional goal is to make a significant impact to society and those around me in my work.
