My professional experience is in assessing, counseling and building talent in private, government and university settings. I am a skilled counselor with a proven ability to handle stressful situations with compassion, integrity and sound judgment. Currently I work as a Director or People & Culture at AMC Networks. I am responsible for managing all facets of Human Resources for over 1,000 domestic employees. I work on developing talent management initiatives for employees, handling performance management issues, recruiting for new talent, and most importantly enacting company wide objectives and initiatives that directly impact all employees throughout the company. Previously I worked in several areas of HR as a Director in Talent Management and HR Manager at Cablevision. As an HR Manager I was responsible for over 500 exempt and non exempt employees handling all areas of human resources. My work has allowed me to be involved in many diverse projects; I have created databases, developed and run workshops, tracked large amounts of data, and provided one on one and group counseling.
