Software executive and product leader with experience building and leading SaaS businesses from startup to late-stage. Although product is my discipline, I find it all starts with creating and nurturing high-performing teams that trust each other, lean into healthy conflict, and hold each other accountable. 2) I serve as the Head of Product at Ambition based out of Chattanooga, TN. Ambition is the leading enterprise coaching orchestration and gamification platform helping metric-driven organizations achieve their goals by creating an ecosystem of accountability and encouragement. At SalesLoft I was part of the executive team that helped lead the company to a $1.1B valuation as one of the world’s leading sales engagement platforms. I was also able to lead and grow amazing teams across product management, product design, and user experience, and was responsible for our product strategy across our entire product portfolio including two acquisitions. 4) My friends and I created an online publication in 2013 called “The Bitter Southerner”. We started “The Bitter Southerner” to share stories about the South as it is today, with all of its complexities and advancements. We have had the good fortune of growing the publication into a regionally-recognized brand through award-winning long-form content and a successful eCommerce store. 5) My first career was in chemistry. While pursuing my graduate degree in chemistry, I built my first web application so I could assist students outside of my office hours.
