Barry Egan is an Internationally experienced HR executive with a proven track record designing and delivering people and change management solutions, which improve organisational and individual performance. He has cross sector experience with some of the most recognised global brands including Ford Motor Company, IBM and American Express. Pragmatic and business oriented outlook with the ability to adapt between a strategic and hands-on style. Key experience of working with senior leaders and teams to design and deliver their human capital strategy in areas such as talent management, performance management, executive resourcing, reward, employee engagement and employee relations. Barry has established a reputation for someone who energises his teams and their networks to accomplish goals aligned with the strategic and financial objectives of the organisation. By doing so he ensures the strategic business plans become operational reality. Barry has extensive experience delivering high visibility, high value and complex business transformation projects across a variety of international markets. He possesses strong stakeholder skills coupled with the ability to manage third parties, vendors and partners. Barry has a Master of Business Studies (MBS), Bachelor of Commerce degree (B.Comm) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). He has also attended Executive Training at Cornell University and INSEAD. Barry is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Martlets and Chairman of the HR & Remuneration Committee - Martlets is an Organisation which provides care for people affected by life limiting illness living in and around Brighton & Hove and surrounding areas.
