Altra Industrial Motion is a leading supplier of power transmission components and motion control products. Altra clutches, brakes, couplings, gearing and power transmission component product lines are marketed under 22 well known manufacturing brands that have each been in existence for over 50 years.

I am a Human Resources professional who has worked in many different disciplines and industries during my career. I received a BS in Psychology from Marist College then completed an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Springfield College. After receiving my graduate degree I was offered a full-time Human Resources Supervisory position at Six Flags New England as the recruiting and staffing supervisor. After working with Six Flags for a year and half I accepted a job as a Human Resources Representative at Inertia Dynamics, an industrial manufacturer of clutch and brake systems. After four years of working in all aspects of HR at the facility level I was promoted to my current position as Human Resources Generalist at the parent company of Inertia Dynamics and corporate office for Altra Industrial Motion Corp. My professional goals are to continue to grow and develop as a Human Resources professional.
