Served in key leadership positions during the formative years of L-3 Communications and DRS Technologies, in building through acquisition and organic growth, two of the largest mid-tier corporations in the Aerospace and Defense industry. Played a key role in the sale of DRS Technologies to Finmeccanica in 2008, viewed as one of the most lucrative M&A transactions in recent industry history. Recent experience in turning around, divesting, and subsequently leading a large ($4B) service organization that is private equity backed and privately held, DynCorp International. Granted Top Secret Clearance by the U.S. government. Presently serving on two boards as well as the National Defense University foundation board.
