30 years insurance experience, 23 years of that time working in a compliance capacity within the general insurance and pure protection industry at both Firm and Group level. A high level understanding of PRA/FCA principles and regulation, the Data Protection Act, Information Security including ISO27001 and PCI DSS, financial crime risks and risk based monitoring and reporting. Over 20 years experience of man-management responsibility. Fully FPC qualified. Skills and Abilities: An experienced and motivational leader, with strong team management skills. Logical and methodical worker, accurate and conscientious, excellent time management and organisational skills. Strong stakeholder management skills and able to work effectively with senior management in a pragmatic and balanced manner. In addition, a positive attitude and willing to learn and adapt at short notice.
