My main objective as an HR professional is to support the growth and goals of the company and its employees, while also maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring compliance. I am passionate about creating efficient, ear, and easy to navigate processes. I am exceedingly curious, determined, and resourceful; if I don't readily have an answer, I will find it!
