After a childhood reading mystery books long after lights out, I might have known I'd aspire to a career about studying motivations. Today I'm a strategic communications pro with expertise in digital strategies, brand building, innovation, creative facilitation and change leadership in the areas of consumer, health and wellness communications, including oral health, heart health and nutrition. Beyond the strategy and financial acumen that are essential to delivering the goods, I look for insights that change behavior and drive success. I built my brand expertise by working with icons Procter & Gamble, Quaker, Land O'Lakes and Sargento, and bring next-generation digital techniques to the rapid-fire business climate we inhabit today. A storyteller and published author, I work to inspire teams to create compelling ideas, powerful content and simple solutions that resonate. My most successful programs are backed into a corner by research that delivers that elusive nugget of insight. Insight that leads to behavior change and business results, in many cases by double digits. My work as C-suite communications counsel including strategic positioning and media coaching, and putting execs through their paces to stay on message with grace and style.
