Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the pleasure to work at large and small companies leading iconic food brands as well as artisanal, lesser-known but emerging ones. I’ve managed brands in over 15 different consumer product categories, and launched several innovative new products. I've traveled globally to countries including Brazil, Russia, China, Vietnam and the Philippines developing new products and global marketing strategies.These experiences impacted me both personally and professionally. They've helped me to grow and become an accomplished marketer, general manager and leader. I bring a consumer-centric mindset, strategic thinking, a strong financial acumen and a track record of delivering business results. I’m passionate about developing people and fostering a collaborative environment that values creativity and accountability. I believe if you put a group of smart and passionate people in the same room and provide the right environment - unbelievable things will happen! Lastly, I’m excited about the opportunities presented by the seismic shifts occurring in the marketplace driven by millennials, changing consumer behavior, technology and social and digital marketing.
