Aisha Kafati is aligned to Accenture's NA Digital Risk & Compliance practice with +10 years of financial risk regulatory experience--operational, business, technical and data—in Risk Management (Corporate, Operational, Credit and Market Risk / IMM), Fraud, Financial Crime AML/KYC, LIBOR Transition programs, Contract Management and Remediation, Third-Party Risk Management, Data Management/Quality (BCBS 239 / Basel III / RDA), Compliance and Privacy (GDPR, CCPA). Her asset class experiences includes equities, money markets, fixed income, listed & OTC derivatives, securities lending, FX & commercial loans. She has led multiple regulatory and compliance engagements in top 10 Global and U.S. financial institutions as well as non-FS Global conglomerates. Her duties have included designing and setting up program governance, conducting current state assessments, designing target state solutions, road maps, data and contract solution architecture, defining business requirements and use cases for testing, and designing E2E testing strategies for change transformation. Aisha has a BS in Finance, Business Management and Marketing from Boston College (high hon.) and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College (high hon.)
