Highly experienced business leader and management consultant specialising in customer experience and engagement within the travel, transport and sport industries. Currently leading the growth of the Accenture Travel practice in AAPAC through the delivery of travel industry specific digital and back office transformation solutions. Prior to joining Accenture managed a portfolio of commitments that included consulting projects within Sport, most notably supporting West Ham United with their move to the London Stadium; and supporting the growth of a cloud-based communications platform, KIWI. Has spent 17 years as a management consultant with Deloitte and IBM, latterly as a Partner in the IBM Interactive Experience with a dual remit to grow and develop Travel and Transport clients and to drive forward IBM’s mobile capabilities across the wider European Distribution sector. Clients included British Airways, InterContinental Hotels Group, National Express, England & Wales Cricket Board and Thomas Cook. Led programmes that demonstrated the key role technology plays in simplifying business processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. These included the implementation of an automatic ‘Delay Repay’ solution for the c2c rail franchise, an industry first. Reputation for being able to visualize the breadth and depth of the impacts across the business associated with major transformation initiatives.
