After transitioning from my role at ABILITY Network as a Sales representative to Sales Trainer; I was given the task of documenting our current process in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the create processes and user testing for our migration to Salesforce.com. After having a successful launch of Salesforce.com for a Sales team of over 70 reps, I continued to refine our Salesforce processes. Several months after launch I was asked to implement a Learning Management System (LMS). We elected to go with Cornerstone for Salesforce. Cornerstone had developed an app for their LMS that was native to Salesforce.com.Today I oversee the LMS application and support within Salesforce, provide service to the sales team as a Salesforce administrator, and continue to train new and existing salespeople on Salesforce. These experiences combined with co-teaching a customer centric sales class; 2 days a month for 3 years, has made me an expert at running Salesforce discovery meetings to understand a group’s challenges, and come together on solutions that are good for sales and the rest of the company.
