Senior Executive - Healthcare Information Technology Senior executive in healthcare information technology and services within the Ambulatory, Acute and Post-Acute care settings. Experienced in many functional areas, including General Management; Operations; Sales; M&A execution and integration; Engineering; Professional Services; Accounting/Finance, Human Resources and Business Development. From early 2012 to 2018, helped lead ABILITY Network's transformation from a small, marginally profitable connectivity company valued at approximately $65 million to a highly profitable, product-rich HIT company that had two successful recapitalizations, with the second recap by Inovalon for $1.2 billion. Subsequent to the ABILITY exits, From early 2019 to 2022, provided leadership to grow and scale HHAeXchange, a leading supplier of agency management systems for Home Care organizations, that was acquired by Cressey and Company in late 2018. In October 2021, Hg, a global software and services investor, made a strategic investment in HHA, with Hg and Cressey sharing joint governance of the business.
