My passion is championing practical, workable solutions that help to improve the efficiency and accuracy of enterprise processes — and the daily lives of those who manage them. Across multiple end-to-end business processes, I am focused on providing informed advice on process, policy, and technology choices. Prior to joining SAP, I held a variety of analyst and product roles with Aberdeen Group, Blue Hill Research, and my own firm, Beck Anderson Research. In that time, my work has been published by and presented alongside the Americas’ SAP User Group (ASUG), CFO.com, the Institute of Finance and Management (IOFM), sharedserviceslink, SupplyChainBrain, The Paypers, and others. I started my career with a 3PL specializing in outsourced medical records storage, and handled coding/development and customer support for a SaaS-based data translation company aiding brick-and-mortar retailers in accessing online marketplaces. I hold a BA from Clark University, an MBA from the Boston University Graduate School of Management, and a JD from Boston University School of Law, where I served on the Executive Board of the Annual Review of Banking and Financial Law.
